SME Digital Heads to Kulhudhuffushi City From 27 to 29 March to Strengthen SME Engagement and Launch Working Capital Financing
SME Digital visits Kulhudhuffushi City from 27 to 29 March 2026, hosting a Sales Engagement Event, a Saturday Market visit, and launching its new Working Capital Financing product to support SME growth, women entrepreneurs, and short-term business financial needs.
SME Digital will visit Kulhudhuffushi City from 27th to 29th March, engaging directly with local businesses and strengthening community connections through a series of targeted outreach events designed to support the growth and development of small and medium enterprises across the region.
Throughout the three-day visit, the SME Digital team will host awareness sessions highlighting the financial opportunities available to local businesses, with a particular emphasis on supporting SMEs as they navigate the path towards sustainable growth.
27th March 2026: Sales Engagement Event
SME Digital will kick off its visit with a Sales Engagement Event at Kulhudhuffushi NOC, Langondi Maalimee Maalam, running from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM. The session is designed to provide individuals and businesses with valuable insights into the financing solutions available to them, with a special focus on empowering women entrepreneurs and supporting their unique business journeys. SME Digital staff will be present throughout the event to assist attendees with on-site applications for available services, making it easy for interested businesses to take immediate action.
28th March 2026: Visit to the Saturday Market
On Saturday, 28th March, the SME Digital team will head to the local Saturday Market, one of the atoll's key hubs for small business activity. This visit is designed to enable direct engagement with business owners, allowing the team to better understand the everyday challenges they face and gather valuable insights that will help further enhance SME Digital's products and services going forward.
Both the Sales Engagement Event on 27th March and the Saturday Market visit on 28th March are open to the public, giving the wider Kulhudhuffushi community the opportunity to engage with SME Digital and explore the financing options available to them.
29th March 2026: Launch of Working Capital Financing
The three-day visit will conclude on 29th March with the official launch of SME Digital's newest financial product, Working Capital Financing, a facility specifically designed to support businesses in managing their short-term financial needs and maintaining operational stability, addressing one of the most common challenges faced by small businesses across the Maldives.
