Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has announced its banking hours for the last ten days of Ramadan and the first seven days of Shawwal 1447, providing customers with a clear schedule to plan their banking needs during this spiritually significant and important period.
Business Branch — Malé Branch
From 9th March 2026 until Eid:
The Malé Business Branch will operate with reduced hours, offering banking services from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with Telegraphic Transfer (TT) services available from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Special Opening Dates — 11th and 18th March 2026:
On these two special dates, the Malé Business Branch will operate extended hours, with banking services available from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM and TT services from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
Shawwal Period — 23rd to 26th March 2026:
Following Eid, the Malé Business Branch will resume standard hours, operating from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with TT services available from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
All Other Branches — Excluding the Business Branch
From 9th March 2026 until Eid:
All other MIB branches will be closed for business during the final days of Ramadan leading up to Eid.
Special Opening Dates — 11th and 18th March 2026:
All other branches will open on these two dates, offering banking services from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
Shawwal Period — 23rd to 26th March 2026:
Following the Eid break, all other branches will resume operations from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
