STO Revises Fuel Prices Effective 5 March 2026, With Diesel Rising to MVR 17.54 and Petrol to MVR 16.01 Per Litre
STO has revised fuel prices effective 5 March 2026. Diesel has increased by MVR 3.62 to MVR 17.54 per litre, while Petrol has risen by MVR 2.51 to MVR 16.01 per litre. Customers and businesses are advised to note the updated pricing.
State Trading Organisation (STO) has announced a revision to fuel prices, effective 5th March 2026, with increases applied to both Diesel and Petrol in line with prevailing market conditions.
The revised prices are as follows:
Diesel
- Previous Price: MVR 13.92 per litre
- Price Increase: MVR 3.62
- New Price: MVR 17.54 per litre
Petrol
- Previous Price: MVR 13.50 per litre
- Price Increase: MVR 2.51
- New Price: MVR 16.01 per litre
