Maldives Islamic Bank Launches New ATM Service in L. Kalaidhoo, Expanding Self-Service Banking Access for Island Residents
Maldives Islamic Bank has launched a new ATM in L. Kalaidhoo, enabling MVR cash deposits and withdrawals for residents and businesses in Isdhoo and Kalaidhoo. Inaugurated by Parliament Member Ismail Shafeeu, Council President Ahmed Shiyam, and MIB Head of Distribution Ibrahim Shuhail, the ATM expands MIB's atoll banking network.
Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has launched a new ATM service in L. Kalaidhoo, further extending its nationwide network of self-service banking facilities and bringing convenient and secure financial services closer to the residents and businesses of the island community.
The ATM was officially inaugurated by Parliament Member for Isdhoo Constituency, Mr. Ismail Shafeeu, President of the L. Kalaidhoo Council, Mr. Ahmed Shiyam, and MIB's Head of Distribution, Mr. Ibrahim Shuhail, marking the significance of the expansion for both the local community and the bank's growing atoll presence.
The newly launched ATM enables customers to carry out both MVR cash deposit and withdrawal transactions, providing residents and businesses in Isdhoo and Kalaidhoo with secure, accessible, and convenient banking services right on their doorstep. The facility is expected to address the growing financial needs of the island community, reducing the need to travel to other islands for everyday banking transactions and strengthening financial access across the region.
