Maldives Islamic Bank Announces Special Opening Hours on 28 May 2026 During Eid al-Adha Holidays

Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has announced that it will remain open on 28th May 2026 during the Eid al-Adha holiday period, in line with the official opening date announced by the Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA), ensuring customers can continue to access essential banking services during this spiritually significant time.

Banking services will be available from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM on 28th May 2026, giving customers a dedicated window to attend to their banking needs over the holiday period. Customers conducting international transfers should note that the outward Telegraphic Transfer (TT) application cut-off time for same-day processing will remain unchanged at 1:00 PM.

Customers are also encouraged to take advantage of the bank's digital banking services, including mobile and internet banking platforms, which remain available throughout the holiday period for convenient and seamless access to a full range of banking services at any time.
